TruckStopToday works with landowners, asset management firms and events companies to bring Gourmet Food On the Move to their locations and offer delicious and varied lunches, or top-notch catering for special events.
HOW IT WORKS:
After an initial briefing, and based on our 1,600+ strong database of Food Trucks (with access to 3000 more), they create a shortlist for you.
• All traders have all necessary documentation to comply with any site regulations: electrical & gas, risk assessments and PLI certificates and, importantly, necessary allergy information.
• Once specific traders are confirmed, liaise with individual site managers on logistics and develop instructions to ensure traders know where they are going on the day, and any specific requirements for set up and derig.
• TST to create digital posters of the monthly schedule for each site for the community teams to share with the tenants, either online, or as posters in communal areas.
• Menus for each trader are shared with locations, along with images of the food and units for a daily social media push.
