If you lack cooking skills, time to prepare meals or need takeaway food options near your office, we’ll offer practical solutions that align with your training goals yet fit your busy lifestyle.

 

Jason Jackson MSc delivers this bite-size workshop. Jason is the Performance Nutritionist at Millwall FC and a weight-loss consultant for the NHS, training doctors at Barts Health and West Sussex NHS trusts. 

 

The session duration is one-hour.
