IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH

Sound baths are unique and immersive experiences which 'wash' over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics are known for effortlessly lulling the mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalise your body and help to release tension. By the end, your employees and tenants will feel supremely relaxed, calm and happy.

Some people compare our sound bath experiences with our practitioners to the sensory deprivation of a floatation tank. A great addition to your workplace wellbeing initiative which can be performed in most quiet spaces.

Rates vary depending on group size, duration & location, but typically an in-person 60 minute gong experience is £350 + travel costs.

Participants size depends on how many people can lay comfortably on the floor in the space.

Your location or participants will need to supply mats for this course.
If mats are required, a fee of £10 per mat will be applied.

Additional Information:
To ensure the best experience for the participants, the room needs to be a clear area with mats for participants to comfortably lie on the floor, with circa 2m x 1.5m for the practitioner. The room should be in a somewhat quiet area or at least sealed off from external noises as much as possible.

Participants should wear a warm jumper or have a blanket handy as body temperature drops during the relaxation session.
