Designed to relax and centre you, the body scan practice is perfect for those looking to destress after (or during!) a tough day.
This practice, generally performed lying, focuses on the different parts of the body to bring you out of your head, release tension and prepare you for the day or night ahead.
The session duration is one-hour.
